Formerly the home to a well-known butcher in St Helier, the site was developed into office space in the 1980s. BNP were the tenant for a number of years before the building became part of the Polygon Group. The property is now home to Polygon Insurance and Polygon Pensions as well Polygon Underwriting. The building is also where Altair Partners and Corpay are based and each have a whole floor.
