Part of the Polygon Collective’s portfolio since the 20th Century this building has a fascinating history. Dating back to the Georgian era the building was constructed in part with ships timbers salvaged from the harbour. These timbers were reinstated during a fitout in 2008 and are now on show in the apex of the roof on the third floor. The property has also benefitted from a major refit in 2022 where the buildings structure was reinforced and the current fitout was instructed.
